Visit to Constanta

We stayed in a double bed, desk , minibar, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, air conditioning in the room, sockets both sides of the bed, coffee-tea facilities, free 2 bottles of water, parquet floor. Rooms accessible by elevator. Breakfast buffet was not extensive , no croissants or sandwich/pistolets only white and brune bread, no fruit but sufficient to start the day. Printing boarding pass early was done with pleasure. Chosen this hotel because only 400 meters from Constanta train station located for the train to Bucharest or Mangalia. The hotel is far from the sea and beach, but can take the bus to Gara Constanta.

Not happy with the hotel but great staff!

We booked a double bed room and we got a 2 bed room, some mistake at The reception but the recepționist was amazing and undo it by sending us to the right double room with one double bed.
The morning breakfast has a few vegetarian options, 2 type of fruits, 3 types of raw cut vegetables, I reccomend you if you eat eggs to choose the boiled ones not the omlette!
The juices for the breakfast are not fresh, we didn't drink any.
They do have Green Tea and honey which is good
I was expecting more for that value of money
A bit dissapointed.
If it weren't for the amazing receptionists which are very helpful and professional it would have been a horrible experience.
So thanks to them for making our stay cozy-az it should be in a hotel!

Very cold and noisy! Breakfast for 3*** hotel was poor

I stayed 2 nights, the room was clean but so, so cold! The hotel is located on a boulevard very noisy.
The breakfast was very poor, few tomatoes, few cucumber and rainbow peppers as a salad :) really? Few cold sausages on the grill but not really becauss was dried, few fried eggs also cold and that”s it as a hot meal.
No bacon, they served “kaizer” raw as a bacon, no fresh omelet, no “crenvusti”
The main problem was temperature from my room - maximum 10-15 on the night!
I”ve been in the reception, they said that the heat is on, i came back, the heat was on but just for few hours because at 2-3 o clock in the night was veeeery cold!
Dessapointed ...
The breakfast i served just in one morning, was more than enough.

Disappointing and noisy

The hotel is located at the intersection of two very circulated streets. I heard the noise of the cars all night. I closed the windows, but because It wasn't air-conditioned, I opened them again (I did not receive the remote for AC, although I visited Constanta city early of September and it was still hot). Clean room, large enough for 2 people. Bed clothes, clean, but so used! One of the biggest problems after the lack of air conditioning, is the bathroom. My expectations in the bathroom are related to cleaning, towels, quality cosmetics and shower. The lack of cosmetic bath products and leakage deficiencies are minus for me. Breakfast can be improved - it is varied but needs more diversification (as a vegetarian you do not have many possibilities).
Minus: bathroom, noise day and night, without air conditioning. Lack of signage or publicity in front of the hotel. I found the hotel after I searched and scanned Google, completely uninspired.

Disappointing and not clean

The cleaning department is terrible: in first place the floor is very dirty! You take a shower and you can clean your feets again. We asked at reception to clean it, and didn't happen. The towels were changed daily - so inefficient and not friendly towards the environment! Never come back here.
