It was a two bedroom apartment complete with fridge stove washing, Big screen TV in the living room and smaller screens in each bedroom.
Can't beat it I will absolutely be staying there from now on every time I'm in Cluj.

Very poor communication concerning check in. Apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Housekeeping was inadequate, sometimes the bed was made, sometimes the towels were fully restocked. Toiletries were never restocked.

Misleading, but good room

I have a mixed review for this one, specifically because its name is misleading, in the sense that it is by no means a hotel. The apartments are located in a walled residential development behind Iulius Mall in Cluj, which by the way is a beautiful development, but is not a hotel.
Keep this in mind, from the point of view of there not being a reception, and the welcome being a little odd, with someone waiting downstairs with the keys, and a phone call before, to ask you to let them know when you arrive.
However, passing this by, the apartment was spacious and very well appointed. The area is quiet and nice, and the fixtures were generally modern and good. There is of course no breakfast (water was kindly provided in the room), but the Mall is next door, and it has a mega-market, where you can get food to cook and store in the room.
All in all, I believe this is a very good option for a longer stay in Cluj, knowing the topography of the city, but I wish they changed their name by eliminating the word "Hotel", which it is not.
