Super Hostel in Bucharest!
Very good.. the facilities and ambiance, very good bathrooms, the terrace, and next to a good supermarket. A volunteer from Guatemala, Danilo, what a pleasure with this guy..
Good.. location, rooms, the kitchen..
Weak, the breakfast, you have to make your own crepes, there is coffee and honey.. bad, very bad.. the staff or volunteer Cristina, what bad service and unpleasant.

It's like a factory
Way too many beds in the rooms. Not enough of all the rest. Few toilets and showers, every morning waiting, no lockers in the rooms, 1 fridge for a lot of people, no place to hang anything in the shower, about 10 seats with breakfast for everybody, and the volunteer girl is not professional of helpful.

Bad
It's very dirty, the beds aren't comfortable. There are no lockers in the rooms and they are paid.

terrible service experience
When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to have a lower bunk because of my height. She immediately told me that there were no lower beds available. However, I later noticed that there were empty lower bunks, so I do not understand why my request was refused.
Another issue was with the hairdryer. I asked her if the hostel had one I could use, and she told me that there wasn't one. I was surprised, but I accepted her answer. Later, I saw other guests taking and using a hairdryer that was kept under the reception desk. Because of the incorrect information she gave me, I had to let my hair dry naturally for two days, which was very inconvenient.
Her attitude throughout my stay was also unprofessional. She behaved as if she owned the hostel, was not welcoming, and made me feel uncomfortable whenever I approached the reception.
Unfortunately, she was one of the main reasons my stay was much less enjoyable than it could have been.
I sincerely hope that the management will look into this matter. I also hope that all guests are treated equally, regardless of their nationality. I cannot say for certain why I was treated this way, but I personally felt that I was treated differently. I did not observe her behaving in the same manner toward other European or English-speaking guests, and this left me with the impression that I may not have been treated fairly.
