Casa Mendeleev, what a surprise.
Everything was clean, the position was super great to visit the city, the host is super gentle. What else to say? Enjoy your experience in the same way I did

Simple accomodation for a short stay
STUDIO: I booked a studio. In my country a studio for rent includes a small kitchen. Here it was not the case. It consisted of two bedrooms, very small bathroom and a room with fridge and coffee/tea device. The water only in a tiny washbasin in the bathroom. I stayed only one night so I did not mind that. To me the greater disadvantage is that all rooms were oriented toward a skylight. The equipment of the studio was basic. I missed a glass. There was only two cups. I was solo. I do not know for how many people this studio is rented because it has two bedrooms. Except big beds otherwise there are very little free room around. I was solo so I could have open window in the second bedroom. If both bedrooms were occupied that would be practically impossible.
CLEANLINESS: Very good
WIFI: Good.
QUALITY OF SLEEPING: When I stayed it was quiet but I am not sure that it is always so concerning many flats around skylight. On the window in one bedroom thre was no curtain only dimly glass. When somebody turn on the light in the skylight this is seen in the room.

Good for couples
The apartment was clean when we arrived and the owner briefly showed us round before handing us the keys. He forgot to tell us the checkout procedure until we asked but he provided his phone number so this wouldn’t have been an issue.
The apartment consists of a decent sized kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a tv and a chair, as well as the balcony. All the rooms are a good size if you’re a couple staying for a week. Friends or relatives however should not stay here as we found that there is no hold on the wall for the shower head, and we had to help each other shower by holding the shower head up. This was quite novel for us and we didn’t mind but others may find this less than ideal. We also found that an unpleasant smell occurred after every shower and believe there may be an issue with the plumbing/traps.
The owner also let himself in on a couple of occasions to replace the towels - once whilst we were out on the balcony (though we didn’t realise at the time) and once whilst we were out. We thought this was odd as he never mentioned the service either online or in person, and especially when we were actually there but we didn’t know he was in the room, we felt it was a bit much. We were happy for fresh towels, but he never changed the sheets.
I’m not sure how many apartments he owns in the block but ours was on the top floor. You can walk up the many stairs or you can take the elevator, though if you’re nervous with elevators you will hate this one as it is old and rickety and you can see it’s internal workings from the outside.
Overall a decent place to stay for the money, but if you want somewhere a bit more upmarket this isn’t the place for you.

the bedsheet we didn't change everyday. And every time we ask if is a short term stay if the guests need that.
Next time read all the details about any property that you book because we can't do that in your place. An chose the exact property that is representing you.
