Terrible breakfast

The worst breakfast i ever had in my life ...the coffe it has grounds and u are not alowed to take more then 1 cup and it's a swedish buffet..the room is old and the bathroom is from the horror movies (straight from hell)

The workers at the reception are the ROODEST by far that I have EVER met in my travels

I chose this hotel because I had read that the stuff were very friendly. But to my disappointment from the first moment I entered the hotel I've noticed the complete opposite.maybe because my guide book was a few years old? They, all three of them refused to give me any information on tours, buses what ever I was asking ,it was a bother to them!I bought a day trip from them in blind. No information at all for the tour.Although there was no internet in the room ,according to them because they had a big group , not true as there was no internet at three in the morning as well, they refused to help in EVERYTHING i needed. To book a tour to the delta river, to book a bus ticket etc. Of course I asked for the bill to move to another place and even then they were talking in Poland language and laughing in my face.
I have been to 82 countries in the world and of course I have met deferent people, polite un polite, all kinds! People like these ,although they had no internet and refuse to help in any way, is the FiRST time I met! Horrible!!!
