Conveniently located at the center of everything, superb stuff, but the property needs some TLC.

Great for a night stay!

Good location for the mineral museum. Only 1 km away from the old town. Private hotel parking (free). Downside was that the breakfast wasn't that good. Rooms were fine. Also had a small fridge which is always useful.

Excelent place

Had stayed there during a work trip, great location in the middle of the city, probbaly build by the old comunist system, huge and grand structure, surrounded by lots of greenery, parks and nice walking areas, The hotel has a very nice Spa and gym open for members as well, nice food, and the staff is really prepared and ready to serve and help.

The only interesting thing about this hotel is that it was built in the eighties as a luxury hotel in the still communists Romania. Nowadays it is in sore need of a complete refurbishment. The rooms are small and overcrowded with old furniture. The bathroom is small. The mattresses are so old that they bend in the middle. The breakfast buffet is simply terrible. The service, with the exception of the reception personnel, was also tremendously inefficient.
