Love the staff they were so helpful, but the room was awful and not very clean. Sometimes in the night the alarm goes on..

Ivorry in hotel nice experience

The place was so good and clean.while we stay in the i vorry in hotel and the service was good including there service assistance name Hk Hridoy the service is so fast and good customer service .

I don’t suggest this place.

The moment we reached to the hotel, we were struggling to park our car as the parking was so small. The pillows were not clean and the room was so close to the other room that we could hear the next door while they were talking. There was no coffeeshop to get coffee in the morning. The room was very old and the mattress was not clean as well. It shows 4 star hotel but my experience was like 1 star hotel.
I don’t suggest this place.

My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been staying for almost two weeks, and the level of professionalism is the worst I’ve ever seen. The rooms are not clean, and although the housekeeping staff are kind and do their best, the reception team is incredibly rude and unhelpful.
travel often, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Definitely would not recommend staying here.
