The hotel is well located, close to attractions and public transportation. We stayed on the 4th floor, the view was magnificent, but there's no elevator, so it's difficult for those who are pregnant, have a disability, or carry a lot of luggage. The room was adequate, but the bed was very hard and noisy. Overall, it was a good place to sleep.

Room was nice, service was good, public transportation is less than a 5 minute walk The people around the neighborhood seemed sketchy.

Great room

This place is in the city center. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and 10 minutes walk to Rossio square
The room was large with a large tv and comfy bed. The bathroom shared . The floor had 2 toilets and showers for 6-7 rooms. Never had a problem
Staff is very friendly and helpfull
For light sleepers its a bad place. The door of the room has a gap between frame and door. So you hear everything in the common room.

Superb location

Superb location, very near to Martim Moniz. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room had a very nice view of Castelo de São Jorge. Room is clean, shared toilets are very clean too.
The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly. The owner got us a taxi to go to the airport at 4.45am in the morning. Highly recommended.
