The location and the property itself is just great. You won’t be disappointed. We had a Superior Room with Balcony and it truly amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. The view is breathtaking.

We came after two years and it was very disappointing

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The food was mostly bland and overly greasy, desserts tasted like pre-made products, and the room service was disappointing considering the very high prices. The same applies to the drinks, which were expensive but low quality.
The overall atmosphere also felt far from luxurious. Children were constantly running around the restaurant, while many guests attended dinner wearing sweatpants and slippers, which completely ruined the upscale experience the hotel advertises. In our opinion, this hotel is mainly suited for families with small children rather than couples or guests looking for peace, relaxation, and a more elegant environment. The biggest disappointment came at checkout, when the porter ignored us struggling with our luggage while casually chatting with a colleague next to the luggage carts. Small details like this make a huge difference, especially in a hotel that presents itself as a luxury 5-star resort.

Great for families

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar. Never seen this in a hotel that. Liam’s ti be 5 star. Everywhere you look there are maintenance issues

If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense.
