Really friendly, comfortable accommodation

Arrived at the weekend and there was a boating regatta taking place in the city, all hotels in the city were booked out, however we managed to secure a room at this hotel, it's a little bit out from the city however there is a tram network operating nearby and it is only 4 stops, owner does not speak either German or English however his son does, room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and you also had access to make yourself some tea or coffee with no charge, room had satellite tv and all for around €29.00 a night, Tesco is next door to the hotel so that was handy as well, they don't serve breakfast or evening meals however there is an Irish/scottish bar just a short walk away and they served excellent meals at very very affordable prices, I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit

horrible service

At first day in reception the man was so impolite and aggressive. It was the most unwelcome place I've ever been. I was trying to communicate with him in English but he was really mean. So I just took stuff and went . I do not recommend that place.

good place to stay near the center for reasonable price

The hotel is placed in a quiet place, a bit off the street.
The rooms are cosy, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Kitchen available on each floor. New elevator, parking for car. Nice service. The only thing that disturbed me a bit was quite thin walls between the rooms.

Very cozy and clean!

I've stayed for three nights, and I've liked it very much.
The room is cozy, warm and pleasant.
Outside of the room there's a small kitchen with free coffee and tea, many varieties!
The location is very nice: at hotel's next door there are one Tesco supermarket and a tram station. If you prefer to go by taxi to downtown, expect to spend something around 10 złoty, which is absolutely reasonable!
Next time I go to Szczecin, I'd stay with them again. Thanks!

Cosy and very good budget-stay

Perfect and cosy little room with a perfect price for a short stay. Room was nice and very tidy and the staff very helpful and polite. I checked in and got help with my keys from the maid who spoke hardly no english but we managed to both arrange parking and get all information we needed anyway. The beds were very comfortable and in the pentry we had a selection of 4 different types of instant coffe and several types of tea. I must say that the overall impression of this hotel - compared to the price - is full score. If I pass by again I will absolutely stay there again!
