A must-stay

We loved it for the remarkable atmosphere, climatic interiors, helpful stuff, great swimming pool and saunas, nice food and a variety of attractions for kids. The tennis court is available on demand, horse riding in the neighbourhood. We Will be coming back, strongly recommended place!

Improvements to be made

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during the month of April.
Pros: quiet, relaxing music in the corridors, breakfast of very good quality and varied
The negatives unwarm welcome, the communication was only by phone, the receptionist speaks only Polish, moldy smell in the small bathroom.

I do not recommend

The hotel did not make a good impression on us. The staff tries hard, but is incompetent. There is an obvious lack of good training. There is also an obvious shortage of employees.In order for one thing to function, another must be closed. What will happen is unknown to the employees. We often heard - I don't know, or it was a last minute decision. The director also tries her best, she is nice, but it is not enough. Communication between employees also does not work. Information is left at the reception but it is not passed on. We paid for a specific package, but in The hotel offered us additional costs for dinner, which we had already paid for. We didn't need to participate in the barbecue, so we refused. The next day it turned out that there was no dinner for us. It was a problem resulting from staff shortages and poor organization. An intervention by the director was necessary. An apology was made, but this was not how it should have looked. Moreover, as a farewell, we were informed that if we wanted a refund of part of the costs, we had to write an e-mail. Not only did the hotel fail, but we also had to try to get it.In a hotel, everyone should get what they pay for and everything that is on the hotel's website should work. Another important issue: we received dirty towels (black stains and traces of makeup) and dirty bed linen (black stains). The food is also of poor quality. This was our first and last stay at this hotel.

My favorite hotel

This is my favorite hotel. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic spa area, excellent massages. The food is 8/10, but the drinks are first class. You can certainly have a great rest, and the place is relatively close to Warsaw, so it's perfect for a weekend getaway.

Loud and lack of respect for guests

Nice place in oldish style and a pleasant spa/sauna area. Really friendly staff at the reception - five stars for that.
Nevertheless, staff at the breakfast was a disaster. They did not want to bring more cake as there was just 5 minutes till the end of breakfast, also, they did not agree to add warm pancakes a few minutes before the end of breakfast. These are just two of eleven cases of inappropriate and rude behavior of the staff at breakfast.
Another thing is noise. The floors on corridors are bricks. Looks great but very noisy, especially when women use high heels or children run.
Still another disadvantage - an additional duvet in the wardrobe. It was without cover. We had to request the cover only on the next day as we did not expect it is not for use. Very strange approach in winter time.
