Absolute shambles

This is a terrible hotel, It's worn out and should be avoided, the carpets throughout are stained, the carpet in my room 211 are a trip hazard, my toilet was inoperative and wouldn't refill with water, the shower had no hot water. I would never stay at this hotel again and quite frankly would not recommend staying in Radom, it's like a ghost town and whoever is running this city needs to sort it out and maybe take a trip to Rzeszow for example and see how clean and well organised a city can be organised. When I explained the problems to the staff they refused to discount the room and agreed with me that the hotel was as I have explained.

Not a four star hotel

The Aviator & Spa Hotel is in need of updating and refreshing. Threadbare towels with stains, carpets with stains and buckling, the bed sheets were the wrong size for the bed, and much more could be said. The food was good overall, and the staff do attend to details when necessary, but didn't seem too attentive. I would not recommend this hotel at this time.

Nice but uneven

For a smaller town like Radom this is a pretty good hotel.
Rooms are spacious and well equipped although the decor shows signs of fraying at the edges.
It seems to be set up more for meetings and conferences as it was very quiet on my visit and staff were friendly but not as focused as I would expect.
Breakfast however was disappointing. No fruit at all, a few sugary cereals and one plate of pastries. Eggs, bacon and sausages for hot food. Not four star standard at all.

The AC didn't work. Lunch were good and the breakfast was razoable. The accomodation was nice too despite my room had a lot of dust in the furniture.The staff was nice and very friendly but didn't speak a fluent english. The park was big enough and is in a calm zone.

Ok, but not great.

Aviator hotel is classified as 4 star. That's questionable. It's not bad, but much could be done to improve. Rooms are tired, and need updating. Local hotel Europeski has done the room updates and is better for similar price. It's not old style communist style, but needs to shift up a gear in terms of expectations of business users these days. It is reasonably priced, and perfectly ok, just could be better with some investment.
