Plenty of free parking. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of options. Beds comfortable. Quiet area. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. 15 mins to airport. Nothing to complain about except maybe have few more hangers in the wardrobes.

Disappointing!

Up until now, I had a very good impression of Hotel Ilonn and have stayed there several times. Unfortunately, my last experience has completely changed my opinion.
For over 15 minutes, no one was reachable by phone at the reception. Only after I had called the kitchen was I informed that the receptionist was temporarily unavailable. After many more attempts to call, I finally reached the reception. However, I did not receive the offer that was supposed to be sent to me immediately via email until around 10:21 PM – and only after three more calls on my part. In addition, the price offered was significantly higher than the prices that were published on the well-known booking portals.
As someone who travels a lot for business and pleasure and regularly stays in hotels, I expect above all professionalism, respect, and reliable service. Unfortunately, this time I had to experience exactly the opposite. I have not experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment at any other hotel.
It is especially unfortunate that I have always appreciated Hotel Ilonn and have also gladly recommended it to others. I hope that the hotel management draws the right conclusions from this incident and improves the service so that other guests do not have to have the same experience.
After this experience, I will unfortunately no longer visit Hotel Ilonn and can no longer recommend it with a clear conscience.

I ran a training workshop and was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel, from the training room to my own bedroom, and from the friendly service at reception to the excellent food in the restaurant.
I'd have no hesitation in returning

Hotel room is quiet and very clean. Ideal to get privacy. Interiors are modern and spacious. I enjoyed comfort and good service.
