Wonderful stay
Very good value. Ostrołęka might not be the French Riviera, but if you're there, might as well stay at this hotel. Affordable and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. Really don't have much else to say.

Dirty, broken in need of update
Arrived to the hotel. They didn’t realise there were 3 of us staying in the family room we booked so no bed made up for our child so had to wait for them to set the room up for us and 9pm after a 27 hour drive from UK. The flush was not working, had it fixed but still not working properly. The bathroom smelt like urine! The shower was broke, when you took a shower it leaked all over the bathroom floor, blood stains on toilet door, breakfast was not great and flies all over the uncovered food, never any staff around at breakfast to replenish the food, bread was dry, one roll of toilet paper in the room for an 11 day stay! The fan in the room was damaged, ALL breakfast tables dirty at 9am and no staff around cleaning them! So had to sit on a dirty table as could not find ONE staff member. If you could find a staff member they were too busy talking to one another and having a laugh rather than looking after the breakfast and the customers who payed a lot of money to stay there! Left the notice on door to clean room and there were times they didn’t and bed sheets were left unchanged for a week! Won’t stay again

Ok budget hotel
Great and friendly staff, the rooms are clean and rather large (2-rooms) a bit noisy if you happen to have a room against the main road (I did). The price for the room is very affordable, think it knocked me back around 40 €/night. Breakfast is rather spartan but it will make you full, thats for sure. If you come to the city to work, this would be a great place to stay.

Work Trip to Poland
Ok so this Hotel s below average on scale of hotels in general. the room is large and it has a sitting area etc very much for a business person to be staying and the wifi is very good for a hotel this low in my scale. Thats pretty much where the postives finish. The bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on, its a clean establishment. The shower is something from the dark ages and unless your a small person getting in and out of the shower is a little clunky. Its a corner shower and sliding doors that could possibly break.
Dont get me started on the menu, limited is not even covering it. The choices are dire for evening meal, for breakfast the selection is even worse.
The service is ok on reception, however the lady that served us for food and beverages was not at all accommodating, you would think she was having to do the job as a dare.
this is 3rd out of the 3 hotels I have stayed in Poland and last on my list of the ones in Ostroleka.

Koszmar
Zdecydowanie najgorszy hotel w jakim byłam. Ze względu na brak Gości otrzymałam pokój o "podwyższonym standardzie", jednak daleko mu do jakiegokolwiek standardu. W podróży służbowej nie oczekuję wysokich standardów, a jedynie przystępną cenę i czystość. O ile cena jak najbardziej ok to czystości brak. PRL, masa kurzu, zdechłe owady, żółta toaleta i sypiący się prysznic. Od razu po wejściu do pokoju zaczęłam wycierać kurz w szafach, żebym mogła ułożyć swoje rzeczy, ale po dokładniejszych oględzinach stwierdziłam, że chyba nie do mnie należy ta praca i następnego dnia poproszę o poprawne sprzątnięcie. Recepcjonistka po obejrzeniu zdjęć, które zrobiłam jako dowód tego co zastałam zapewniła, że pokój zostanie posprzątany. Jakie było moje zdziwienie kiedy wróciłam po 7 godzinach, a z pokoju zniknęły tylko śmieci. Ślad mojego palca na zakurzonej lampie pozostał niezmienny...
Kolejny raz zeszłam na recepcję, tym razem prosząc o kontakt z menedżerem/kierownikiem, którego jak się okazało nie było. Kolejna Pani recepcjonistka zapewniała, że "takie uroki hotelu". Owady wlatują, a jednodniowy kurz się zbiera. Razem ze mną poszła na górę, gdzie okazało się, że kurz jednak nie jest jednodniowy. Pani zapewniła, że toalety i prysznica po prostu nie da się doczyścić, a ja nie dostanę żadnej zniżki! Delikatnie się zdziwiłam, ponieważ nie chciałam żadnej zniżki, a jedynie czystego pokoju, ale to chyba zbyt wygórowane oczekiwania.
Chciałam zmienić pokój na inny, ale recepcjonistka cały czas mówiła, ze o otrzymałam pokój o wyższym standardzie niż rezerwowałam, a w pokoju typu standard będzie mi niewygodnie. Tłumaczyłam ze zależy mi na czystości a nie na wielkości pokoju ale moje prośby nie zostały wysłuchane. Za czysty pokój musiałabym dopłacić 55 zł za dobę. Okej, rozumiem wyższe standardy. Braku owadów i czystej toalety nie dostaniemy przecież w cenie 145 zł za dobę.
Ostatecznie, w 3 dniu mojego pobytu pokój został "posprzątany". Zostały wytarte kurze i pozbyto się martwego owada. Cieszę się, że wytrzymałam ten pobyt i nigdy więcej nie będę musiała wracać do tego miejsca.
