This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a PLN 50 deposit for keys is required upon arrival. Reception is located on the 2nd floor. Please note that only mixed dormitory rooms are available. Extremely dirty place

My room and the entire hostel were extremely dirty. The blankets had been used by a previous guest. There was no staff on site to fix the problem.
I left the property in 15 minutes and requested cancelattion of the reservation without cancelattion fee.Instead, I was changed 2 times price of the reservation.
I contacted the host and he refused to refound even this excesive change. I had to contact Booking.com to resolve this issue.
Don't book here if you don't want stay in a shed and be robbed.

They're crooks.

Not booked they are fraudsters have paid twice the amount of the stay, they never replied neither messages nor tel.denounced to the judicial authorities. I do not understand how Booking can offer such a service I had to block the cards

PREDATOR

ALART! THEY ARE PREDATORS! I am still in my country, they charged me right away when I booked through Booking.com even though it said free cancellation and PAY AT THE PROPERTY. I sent emails thousand times, no response and no refund! THEY MIGHT CHANGE THEIR NAME. JUST CHECK THE ADDRESS! BE CAREFULL. They should be abandoned every where so they won't steal your money! Everytime I type this hostel's name it say LaBamba Hostel.

IT DOES NOT EXIST!

Do not book this hostel. It does not exist. Last April (2024) four of us went to Krakow to spend the weekend and we had made a reservation for this hostel. When we got there, nobody opened the door for us. Half an hour later, after ringing the bell and asking everyone who passed by, we had to look for another hostel to stay in. We made the reservation through hostelworld and so far we have not received our money back.
I hope you find it helpful and that you don't have the same problem as us!
No reserveis en este hostal. No existe. el pasado abril (2024) fuimos cuatro amigos a Crakovia a pasar el finde semana y teníamos hecha la reserva para este hostel. Al llegar ahi, nadie nos abrió la puerta. Media hora mas tarde, después de haber estado tocando el timbre y preguntando a todo el mundo que pasaba por ahi, tuvimos que buscar otro hostel donde hospedarnos. Hicimos la reserva por hostelworld y de momento no nos han devuelto el dinero.
Espero que os sea de ayuda y no os pase lo mismo que a nosotros!

Bad Experience

Difficult to find something good about this place.
Too many people for not enoguh toilettes, also the place was not so clean and rooms didn't have curtains.
The location is good because near to the city center but honestly I'd suggest to consider all the possibilities before choosing this one.
