Ideally set in the centre of Kraków, Hotel H12 is within 300 metres of Lost Souls Alley and 400 metres of St. Mary's Basilica. Featuring a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.

Perfect hotel, perfect location!
This was a great find of a hotel, about 5-10 minutes walk from the main station and located about 2 minutes away from the main square. You walk one direction to the main square and in the other direction, a few steps away from the hotel is Planty Park, which surrounds the old town and is lovely to walk around.
The hotel itself has very modern decor and is very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed from air conditioning, seating, tea/coffee tray and both still and sparkling water provided. As our stay progressed and the cleaner realised we didn't drink sparkling water, they would just leave still water. This is great attention to detail by the staff. We had a great night's sleep every night, helped by the air con during the warm summer weather. Bathroom was well equipped and had a very good shower. Room also had a safe provided.
We found the location peaceful and loved that we were across from what we think was the music school. We would open our room window in the morning and listen to the faint sounds of the music practice. It all added to our experience of Krakow.
The staff were fantastic and when I had no milk for my evening tea and there were no mini pots at reception, the staff member on duty gave us the rest of their carton that they would not use further that evening. That's great service. Breakfast was also good, there was something to suit everyone.
This was our first visit to Poland and won't be our last, what a wonderful city and country. We hope to return to Krakow soon and we will definitely stay at Hotel H12 again. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Hotel H12. Great location for the Old Town of Krakow, and comfortable stay.
Hotel H12 - Highly recommend. Good location near to the Old Square of Krakow. Situated in a side street with easy access to cafes/restaurants/shops and sights of the city. Modern hotel in style, very helpful and friendly reception area. Nice touch that they provide beverages in reception for guests with seating area. WiFi was good.
Efficient and spacious clean lifts. Room was clean, nice decor, good air conditioning, good TV and bed very comfortable. Good shower room (only a small complaint that there was no slip mat for the shower) Breakfast was sufficient and food was tasty and well presented. Dining area was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful experience
Excellent hotel, we went with our grandchildren, an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, clean, good breakfast, free water and coffee in the room, everyone very kind and helpful

We love it!
We really like H12. The location is on the edge of the Old Town which leaves you close enough to do everything on foot; but far enough to sleep in silence. Complete and quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
