Situated in Katowice and only less than 1 km from FairExpo Convention Center, Madera House features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Disgusting
In room that I booked: No heating, no radiators, you have to message the host to adjust temperature in a room with underfloor heating that is either broken or non existent. Had to call AirBNB 3 times so the host would start resolving our issue.
I'm also adding evidence of:
- Filthy carpets
- Blocked drain in shower that didn't function, full of hair of previous visitors (that I even had to unclog myself!!!)
- Dirty / smudged windows
- Dust and cobwebs
- Hanging electrical sockets and lights (half of them didn't even work) - safety hazard!
- Window with no blinds, so anyone can watch directly into your bed - privacy issue!
To summarize: I've never stayed in such a disgusting place and host should be ashamed instead of convinced they have the best place to stay on the planet.
Would STRONGLY advise anyone from staying here. Will be in touch with Sanepid.
