Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay and the hotel is a perfect base for exploring Gdańsk. Friendly atmosphere and a very enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Marzena and Paulina from the housekeeping team — their kindness and great work truly deserve recognition. We would be happy to come back

The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. The carpet was faded and discolored giving the room a shabby look. The room was hot when we arrived but cooled down when the evening temperatures dropped.
We were upgraded to an apartment which was a bedroom and a second room with a massive conference table Nd 6 huge heavy chairs. I would have preferred keeping my double room with a view.
The location was wonderful, just yards away from the Crane.

Actually a 4.5 out of 5 and the only drawback was that the rooms are somewhat dated. But staff was great, breakfast was excellent quality and great that there was an exercise room. All in all, a good place to stay.

Gdansk City break

Great hotel in a fantastic waterfront location in the old town .We were upgraded to a riverfront view in the third floor .Free bottled water replaced daily , tea,coffee and a reasonably priced and stocked minibar .Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels also . Breakfast was buffet style and catered for many different tastes, so there was something for everyone .Only slight gripe was the shower over the bath , instead of separate shower cubicle but it was functional and sufficient.Overall a good experience in a great city and would definitely return here if we visit again .

Spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff came in each day and did an amazing job. All the staff we spoke to were kind and lovely.
The location is great. Felt very safe and was an easy walk to the sights. Our double glazed windows kept any street noises out at bedtime.
Kettle and a coffee machine in the room.
