Rozsądnie i przytulnie

Doskonała lokalizacja niedaleko Dworca PKP. Łatwo trafić, bo hostel znajduje się naprzeciwko Filharmonii Częstochowskiej, więc każdy miejscowy wskaże drogę.
Bardzo entuzjastyczna obsługa
Miejsce bardzo przytulne, urządzone domowo, w ciepłych kolorach, z dbałością o szczegóły.
Bardzo wygodne twarde materace.
Pewnym mankamentem jest akustyka, bowiem przez gniazdka i otwory w ścianach roznosi się dźwięk z sąsiednich pokojów, np. ja trafiłam na wyjątkowo uciążliwe chrapanie.
Najsłabsze ogniwo stanowi przestarzała łazienka.
Ogólnie bardzo polecam i z pewnością powrócę.

did not get the room we reserved

Booked a room for two for a few nights. Upon arrival, I was directed to a room with one bed, and a mattress on the floor. Looks like we were bumped by a group of students, who took all available rooms, leaving us with a single room, plus a mattress. Not fair.
The guests were talking and laughing, sitting right next to our room, until 2:30 am. The bathroom was a disaster - flooded, smelly, with dirty underwear on the floor. The manager told us she had no way to control the guests. Really? No way to clean the bathroom and kick out the guests if they do not follow their policies?
To be fair, the room itself was clean and nice, although not what we reserved.
Moved out after one night.
