Clean, safe & friendly

We visited friends and this was the perfect place for us. All important points were in walking distance. The hotel is very well equipped, friendly staff, nice and quite hotel room and great breakfast.

great location and very helpful staff

of the different receptionists, Anna, stood out as the best. spoke perfect English and was very helpful with our needs and requests! we had the extra large room with the sofa and it was very roomy. the food was very good too!

Great Location and Very Helpful Staff

Spent 2 nights and found the hotel was cozy, comfortable and had amazing staff. It is located right in town with shops and restaurants nearby, but I had most of my meals at the hotel, including the breakfast buffet which included the very tasty local bread (chleb sitarski). I wanted to visit some local villages and the staff helped me arrange a taxi as the local buses were not running due to the holiday weekend. An added bonus is that the hotel is dog friendly which made my trip easier to arrange. As others have noted, it really does deserve to be called a 4-star hotel.

Fine hotel at ali

Our room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and the staff did a good job. The reception staff was always helpful. Room and bathroom very nice and clean, food was ok, like breakfast. Fine hotel at all.

A lovely place to stay

On the way to go to Europe from Moscow we found this nice and lovely hotel. the price is very affordable and the quality of the rooms were great, nice bathroom, mini bar, A/C, closed parking lot with video surveillance system, nice restaurant... by the way restaurant. the service was good, the food is good,and the assortment on the breakfast buffet is more then enough! I can only recommend this hotel!!!
