A good choice accommodatiom in Vigan

I was here for work and when i had to extend for a day our branch in Vigan recommend this place.
The place is exactly what it is in the pictures.
The room i got was good for two at the 3rd floor.
Its very spacious with ref, electric kettle you can even cook if you want.
Personal hygine kit are also available.
The only thing missing is the disposable slippers.
Room was clean and it smells really good not the typical smell of an old house.
Staff are very friendly.
Location is near the famous calle crisologo street, restaurants, banks and shops.
I got my room 1800 php incluspding corporate discount.
This is recommendable for flashpackers and business travellers.

Clean, Spacious, Friendly Staff..

We went to vigan to attend pir friends wedding.. We stayed at Asuncion for 2 nights, the price was reasonable and the rooms are spacious! It comes with a kitchen that is fully functional so if ypu want to buy bagnet or longganisa from the market and cook it.. You can and serve it with the provided utensils. The rooms were well airconditioned, bed was really comfy. The staff was accomodating and nice. No qualms here just one happy guest! Highly recommended...

For family

The room was so nice and wide. You can even run inside the room . The room was so clean. It is allowed also to cook and kitchen utensils are free to use. Location is in main town of vigan, all are accesible, shops, restaurants, church and many more.

An Underrated Hotel in Vigan

Chanced upon this hotel via Airbnb. Its a walking distance to the dancing fountain, Vigan Cathedral and the famous Calle Crisologo. Near to fastfood restos, local restos, convenience stores, bank ATMs and grocery. The hotel is modern with kitchen amenities where you can cook meals. Hot and cold shower/toilet rooms. Great for big groups as well. The receptionists are very nice and friendly. The hotel has a security guard at the entrance. Highly recommendable. We will come back and get this hotel again when we visit Vigan.

Stayed overnight

Nice big room walking distance to Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos where the dancing fountain is. The area is surrounded with fast food chains such as McDonalds, Jollibee, Chowking and Red Ribbon. Ideal for my small kids who doesn’t like to eat local food.
The bed is very big and comfy, we had a good sleep.
One thing I noticed was there were small cockroaches walking around the kitchenette when we checked-in. It didn’t bother me though because we didn’t eat inside the room or use their utensils.
I hope the management will look into that as the location of the hotel is really ideal for travellers.
