Unprofessional Staff
We transferred from one resort to this one hoping for a different experience for the day, and we instantly regretted it.
From the moment we arrived, the manager and staff were sarcastic, dismissive, and unwelcoming, which made the stay uncomfortable from the very beginning.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work and there was almost no mobile signal, so it’s really not suitable for freelancers or anyone who needs to stay connected.
The place itself is okay and the surroundings are nice, but honestly, it’s not worth the price and we wouldn’t recommend it. The staff’s attitude really overshadowed everything else.

Overpriced and Overhyped: A Disappointing Stay
My family and I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Here’s a breakdown of the issues we encountered:
Internet Connection: The internet was practically unusable, and what made it worse was that the resort did not give a proper heads-up about the unstable internet in the area. Had we been informed, we could have brought our own backup connection.
Beach Condition: The beach was a major disappointment. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the photos they advertised. The disparity between the pictures and reality is unacceptable and misleading.
Pool: The pool was small, dirty, and filled with sand, making it neither inviting nor hygienic.
Breakfast Service: Guests are not given a choice of breakfast. The resort simply provides random, assorted meals, which is far from the service level expected in a resort setting.
Room Issues: We stayed in the Executive Loft, and both air conditioners in the upper area were not working, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a foul smell in the comfort room when we arrived, and the exhaust fan wasn’t functional.
Pet Policy: While the resort charged 500 per pet, we were surprised to see aspins (stray dogs) roaming freely around the property. This inconsistency made the pet fee feel unwarranted.
The lack of transparency, cleanliness, and quality amenities made this stay disappointing. Considering we paid 40k for a 3D2N stay, it was absolutely not worth the cost. With so many other options available, I cannot recommend this resort unless significant changes are made.

Never again
On the internet the place looks good but in reality its not how the pictures show. Beach was dirty because there is a river and the compound was full of dogs, coming while you are eating. Our bathroom cabinet was full of molds, no warm shower. How can they let people pay for this. We went to see other resort and rhey were much better and cheaper and the end we moved out because we cant stand it anymore. The good thing is you can cook and also bring your food if you are a big group and some ladies were helpful. And fair enough they refunded some amount because it was not really worth the price we paid.

Not bad but disappointed
Not bad we’re little bit disappointed seashore is not really big area so that my kids or us can enjoy walking.. but rooms are updated..pools the water is old we’re stayed longer until we felt itchy. Resort not totally done that time some stuff file on the side of the bldg.

Aloha! Mabuhay! Thank you for staying with us. We are in full operation. Due to heavy ongoing storms in August and September, the resort is in constant clearing mode and cleaning. All debris from the ocean has been discarded and cleared up. No construction and all upgrades are done. We are committed to providing the best service and accommodations to our guests. NO WATER
Great family suites but they advertise that they have hot and cold water ended up only cold and no water pressure at all. We ended up using the bidet to take a shower. Gave it average since the staff was very accommodating and kind.

Thank you for staying with us! We apologize for the water issue during your stay. We had a very bad storm that week, and the town has a power outage, so due to that we had some technical issue with our water pump but it was fixed in a very short time within minutes. We do apologize for the inconvenience, our good staff always do their best to take care of any situations such as this, and at times, things happen.
To be clear all Suites' Showers are equipped with a "Water Heater" so all showers have hot and cold water.
We own our private "Water Well" that supplies our entire property with clean water so there are no such things as "NO WATER". Furthermore, we have an abundance of water and there is no ever anytime that we have "NO WATER".
