Away from the city

It is a good place to stay where you can definitely feel that you are away from the city. You can do bonfire and even take a dip from a Kawa. You can even bring food. They have a wide balcony where the family can do lil games. Enjoy the food while being serenaded with the true sound of nature. Staff are also nice and accomodating.

Big potential property

Nothing special at this moment. But looks promising when everything is done. Im looking forward for my next visit in this place. I guess/we guess there's a big potential for this property once its manage accordingly.
Anyway, staff seems very helpful.

A Mix of Fun and Inconvenience

First off, I have never glamped (glamorous camping) before, so the concept seemed intriguing but alien to me. Usually our family trips have involved hotels that provided us with everything, and usually I choose them based on location (near fun places for kids).
That being said, this place did fit the bill of being fun (to a certain extent) for the kids. Our room has a peacock cage just outside our window. A few steps out of our room, we had access to a view of a real live lion and tiger. There was also a friendly dog roaming around the facility, so are boars with their piglets. The room came with a tour of the safari as well, and included was full board meals for all of us (set menu meals that was the same every day).
This is where it did not cut it for me:
1. The room was visually clean. However upon careful inspection, there was still hair on the blanket (probably from the guests before us), a used band aid in the bathroom, ants on the floor, the water in the bathroom smelled of rust. Good thing we brought a handy bed vacuum cleaner with us.
2. The TV, while it was a good size and LG brand, was in black and white. Apparently something was wrong with their cable provider. So all the shows were in black and white during our 4 day stay.
3. On the 2nd night (early morning around 3 am), there was a black out in the compound. Story was, a big tree fell on the electric lines. Add to that the already sweltering heat of the area, it was just hell. No backup generators here. Good thing I had a small portable fan with me for the kids. Power came back on at 3:30 pm.
4. Wifi and globe reception sucks or just non existent most times.
5. Only 2 towels and 1 tissue roll was provided for our entire stay.
6. No housekeeping during our stay. Except for the outdoor table we dined at.
7. Ants
Here are the good points:
1. The room was a good size, with thoughtful layout. We had several sockets in the room which was convenient for charging.
2. They provided an electric kettle, emergency light, refrigerator (with freezer), fan (to boost aircon), 1 queen bed and a pull out bed, shampoo and conditioner.
3. The staff were nice.
4. The food and drinks being sold in the park were reasonably priced (fruit shakes were great). But note that everything closes by 4 pm. So best to buy stuff you need there before 4. (Oh and no bottled water were included with the room, so bring or buy your own).
All in all, it is probably a nice overnight stay for families. Wouldn't recommend a stay of more than 2 nights.

Glampz is a good place to stay for the family to experience forest ambience especially at night. roars of the lion and tigers could be heard that add to the thrills. package with plated dinner and breakfast is well recommended. staffs are friendly and accomodating. commendable
