Room of the hotel is very nice. It has everything you need. The design is good. They have accommodating staffs. They clean the room everyday without asking.

Breakfast is optional (pre-paid when you book), the resort is outdated, room we stayed have bugs, tricky drain, toiletries available so ask for it, has ac, mini fridge and TV.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST MANAGER.
This surely was the worst experience ever. We had our booking confirmed (and fully paid), but upon arrival in the hotel, they claimed that they did not receive it and they are fully booked. The Hotel Manager even informed us that they can not do anything. But upon checking on all the booking apps and even on their website, they still have available rooms. We discussed the matter with the Manager but he just left and did not resolve the issue. After almost 2 hours of waiting, the frontdesk said that they have received our confirmed booking, but the room we booked is no longer available and they have to downgrade our room. It surely was the worst experience ever. Good thing we were able to book another hotel through the help of a booking app. The booking app was even contacting them to resolve the issue but they are not responsive. I hope they filter and improve their hiring process as the manager surely does not know how to handle and resolve cases like this. He even claimed that they get this a lot (booking confirmed on the app, but not reflected on their system). If this is the case, I wonder how many guests experienced this, and how come it is not yet resolved.

Front desk was very helpful and courteous and so did the other employees except the bad experience that happened the second day December 30, 2025. Breakfast was being served but it took longer than usual and the server ignored my request so I have to asked the kitchen myself for vinegar. It looks like if you don’t give a tip during breakfast meal, you will be treated like you don’t exist. We’re tired senior citizens who just want to enjoy our stay but that bad experience of getting our meal last even we’re ahead of the other customers. The following days, we ate outside so not to feel bad for the way they treated us.
I gave tips to people who deserve it like the front desk and housekeepers. Josie from the front desk was grateful about it and also the guy who took us to our room. I forgot his name and also the other front desk receptionist who also received my gratitude. Thank you!

A clear disappointment and certainly not four stars.
Where to start? The only positive thing about the hotel is its location, right on the beach.
Otherwise:
1. Breakfast portions so small my eight-year-old son won't be satisfied. Those who do not prepay but buy on site will receive larger portions.
2. Coffee for breakfast so thin it resembles tea.
3. You get to choose, coffee or juice, not both. Maybe I could have read myself to that in advance but it is such a matter of course for me when staying in a hotel, that coffee and juice are included in the breakfast.
4. Orders cleaning of the room a day in advance but still does not show up. After a week at the hotel thus not got cleaned once.
5. The pool area is not groomed for a long time. Mosaic tiles and tiles that have come loose and worn surface layers. Spa bath control panel rusted out.
6. Tried to exchange 1000 PhP for smaller bills at the reception to be able to go e-treck. Not a service they could help with.
7. Have Enkanto stout in the bar fridge that was sold. After drinking I saw that it expired in October 2025.
8. There is a sign at the bar that says "happy hour" from opening to closing but it is never that two drinks are served for the price of one.
9. After showing interest in water activities at the hotel’s activity manager, both he and the other staff at me, like the beach vendors, were about to book the next activity for several days, until I got angry and told them I was really tired of their nagging.
10. The flush button on the toilet is stuck in the pressed position. After reporting the problem, a guy came and showed that it "worked without problems". You just have to lift off the panel and pull out the button behind manually again. They did not consider action necessary.
11. The door to the room could not be opened when it has become completely warped. Arranged after notification.
12. We have no need, but the elevator is out of order.
13. Flashlight and control to AC out of order at check-in. Fixed after notification.
And that’s right: check-in from 14.00 was only 14.30. it was just to sit and wait.
So overall very disappointing. The hotel was probably nice once but now it's really bad. Attaching a picture of the view from our room.
