LEISURE STAY

My stay from 24 April 2025 - 28 April 2025. They provided me a corner room - big and comfortable
The rates are so reasonable and affordable. Surprise enough they offer various types of pillow - support pillow, seed pillow, goose down pillow, silkworm pillow and lavender pillow! Very well trained staff especially housekeeping. The cleaner - Mdm Wang Zhuang Liang is well versed with her work and a well mannered lady. I must give her 5 star ⭐ for her great job. The breakfast buffet spread is awesome too. We will be looking forward to our next stay here and surely recommend to our family and friends. Krep up the good work!

Jiao Tong helped me during 2 days, 3h each days to get a simcard because china mobile don't have prepaid simcard for tourist in Taiyuan. No simcard=no internet=no alipay. We had to in several bank to change my money in yuan because not every office do that. The desk was very comprehensive too. Great thank to Jiao Tong !!

The Rainbow Hotel is located very centrally in Taiyuan and I enjoyed my stay there. I went for a weekend trip in Taiyuan and this hotel was good for my budget and location preference. Great morning walk along the bridge and river too.
The hallway was a little noisy because there was a wedding party during the whole weekend, so I could hear too many people talking throughout the day and night, but I guess that was just my bad luck.
Breakfast buffet was nice also and staff was helpful.

The hotel room is relatively small. Especially the toilet and bathroom are a bit cramped. Fortunately, the furniture and furnishings in the room are relatively delicate, which slightly offsets this regret. The tea set prepared in the room is very thoughtful. Tea drinkers like us see this set as extra gracious. The slippers are also very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is slightly inferior. The water in the bathroom is so hot that almost all of them are turned on to the cold water level, which is just right. The water is relatively large and comfortable.
