Relax in paradise
We stayed two days at El Rio y Mar Resort for relaxing after 3 weeks of travelling the Philippines with a lot of Island Hopping and Diving. Our stay there was just perfect. The team organized our van and boat transfer on short notice from Coron town. Only 90 minutes later we arrived in paradise. Snorkeling, kayaking, massages, great food, fantastic happy our cocktails at the pier bar, great discussions with the whole stuff, two swimming pools, hiking to a nice view point, relaxing time in the hamac. It was all in. ❤️ we already miss it. Will try to come back. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Vacation trip
Our stay at this resort truly exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by an atmosphere that was quiet, serene, and deeply peaceful — exactly what we needed. The staff were warm and accommodating, always making us feel cared for and welcome.
The rooms were spotless and well maintained, with nothing broken or out of place. We actually appreciated that there were no TVs inside; it kept the environment calm and free from unnecessary noise. The beach was breathtaking, and being able to snorkel right by the dock was such a convenient and memorable experience.
One of the most heartwarming details was seeing how the resort takes care of rescue dogs and cats. It added a sense of compassion and humanity to the whole stay. Everything felt hassle-free, with no problems at all. While the food was a little on the expensive side, it matched the overall quality of the resort, so we felt it was worth it.
Altogether, it was a beautiful blend of tranquility, natural beauty, and kindness. This is a place we’d gladly return to — not just for the scenery, but for the peace and warmth it gave us.

Wonderful resort!
Beautiful resort! Wonderful house reef, and great staff! The price for food and drinks were affordable. The house reef was very nice with a lot of puffers! Free transfers. Mixed drinks were not great.

excellent diving address in Busuanga
The site and the bungalows are beautiful. Lovely staff. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes. We did some great dives with the Dugong dive center.

A little air of paradise
There is not much to write about this property
The location is fantastic with a fine sandy beach.
At the exit of the airport, a van is waiting for us to take us to a small port from which a typical boat leaves.
At the exit of the inlet, we discover the hotel.
No sooner have we docked, than the hotel greets us with a song.
The rooms overlook the beach and are extremely comfortable.
Perfect cuisine, both local and international dishes.
The hotel offers island hopping on a private tour at a competitive rate. One could surely find cheaper in Coron, but in our case, the pick-up was from the hotel, and the cooked meal sir the boat was unsucculent, but gargantuan.
Special mention for the staff always smiling and caring.
