Room was dated

Nice location with an accommodating staff. The breakfast was simple but filling. The problem was with the cleaning staff which was lacking. In the week I was there one day the room was not cleaned and another no new towels given. The Wi-Fi preform well. The cost was reasonable. I also did not like having a window that showed a dark wall inside the hotel.

I stayed on this hotel first reason was it’s close to Cebu Doctors Hospital where I had my major operation. Money wise, it’s economical specially for me that I just had operation. Most of the staff were very much considerate because I had to swap rooms because of the type of bed, which at first wasn’t comfortable enough for my body to move around the bed -mostly going in and out the bed. With that, I am immensely grateful for the favor and kindness extended to us. They offered yummy breakfast that we look forward throughout the stay😁 Overall, this hotel is commendable for us. They don’t only show care to their customers but they are way accommodating and the location is convenient for everything. Thank you and All the best.

excellent staff and clean rooms

I had a wonderful stay at Pillows Hotel and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I made my booking until check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities at this hotel. The overall ambiance was relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend Pillows Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a clean, comfortable place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice place to stay, although the room seems dark. But price wise it is good enough. Recommended for short stays / layover. I love the breakfast menu they offer
