Clean and staff are good

It's clean and neat. The staff are Very nice. It's also near the establishments I hope someday they can have a restaurant

Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroom…

Good hotel but noisy and broken AC unit! :(

Overall, Stradella is a decent hotel — clean enough, staff are nice, has a gym and a pool. The only problem is that the air conditioner is very old, broken, and making a really loud noise that interrupts one's sleep. We respectfully asked the reception if we can be moved to a different room with a better AC unit because we couldn't sleep, but she said all the AC units are the same. She didn't even bother to check. To make things worse, we noticed that the fridge was also making occasional high pitch noise. So disappointing :(
