Everything is ok, but no internet in my room. But internet is very important for me. TV is from the seventies last century.

No window room
Staying for 10 days and paid 10,000 downpayment. My mom didn‘t know that she‘s gonna put in a room for quarantine with no windows. The frontdesk didn‘t inform her. The blanket was looks off white that it seems dusty and dirty. They also have thin blanket. My mom has to request again for another blanket. They are fast on responding it. On her 6th day staying there like a prisoner in a room with no window. Shes not allowed to go out because it quarantine. It was depressing for her to see no sun at all. Paid the hotel properly thinking our mom will safe there. The 6th day my mom told the frontdesk that there‘s something wrong with the aircon. The FD told her she will send someone. But no one came. After few hours waiting the aircon explode. So my mom was screaming and hurry up going out of the room. The aircon was placed on the headboard where she is sleeping. So after she went out and hurry up going down and told the FD the aircon explode. She FD turn off the switch right away. My mom was trembling thinking what if the room was on fire there is no way out, only the main door. She will not be die of corona instead she will die of heart attack or worst in a fire. Burn like a lechon. The fd said sorry to my mom and move her to another room. She was told that they will replace the aircon with a new one. My mom ask the fd if she can stay in the new room where she was put after that explosion. The fd said no because the room was reserve already. They want to put my mom back in the room because they will replace with new aircon. My mom said she will not go back on that room because it gives her trauma after what happend. On the next day i called the fd and very upset about their reaction. She told me they check the aircon every month they also have a record. But how can the aircon explodw if they check it. When my mom enter that room it looks like it been long no one stat there. The fd said sorry and i also said as well because of my outburst. But the management didn‘t even reach out to my mom and say sorry of what happened. Oh before i forgot, they told us to move our mom to another hotel on her quarantine days. because they can‘t cater my mom request to stay on the room where she was transfered. Because no one like to stay in the room with no window. I asked then why the hell u put our mom there when in the first place no one likes to stay there. I receive a nonsense reply. I can‘t judt believe how crappy that hotel is.

Worth every peso paid for...
Amazing place...its advertised as a guest house yet it has hotel like facilities...you get to have a discounted service too at Grand Royal Spa and TopHits Family KTV.
The staff are so approachable and accommodating too and it offers great and affordable food at the coffee shop located at the lobby.

Best place to stay in Dumaguete! Worth the money!
The place is clean, homey, and colorful. Staff are friendly. You get more than you pay for. Comfy beds, functioning generators. Great service overall. Location is also good. Airport, cafe, convenience store and spa nearby

Health: I can only say that it is OK, all are changing, but! There are so many ants in the room! I often ran to the bed and lived in the room on the first floor. The doorway was their cafe. It was a bit messy and the room was soundproof. Many, there is an Internet cafe next to the hotel service: the front desk is very friendly, let me check in early
