Great Stay at GT Hotel Bacolod!

We had a wonderful stay at GT Hotel Bacolod last January with my husband and our son. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free from the moment we arrived.
The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family stay, and we appreciated how comfortable and orderly it was throughout our visit.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Being right at the heart of the city made it very convenient for us to get around for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Everything we needed was close by.
The service throughout our stay was excellent, efficient, and attentive. Overall, GT Hotel Bacolod offered great value, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time there and would gladly recommend it to families and travelers visiting Bacolod.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable—peaceful and relaxing. However, I did notice that some tiles on the flooring were detached, which slightly affected the overall impression of the room.

Poor Water Supply

The hotel ruined our beautiful experience here in Bacolod. They had 5-hour water supply interruption without giving us advisory and no immediate solution done. The wifi is also bad, and so the complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping is bad. Really terrible hotel experience.

Overall, the staff were very professional and accommodating. But didn’t like the food that much. I also hope their breakfast is available for online booking.
