Good experience staying at the hotel Pisonay everything excellent both the room and location

It was an experience to stay at the Pisonay hotel, I liked the attention, the cleanliness and the comfortable beds, it has good location, thanks for the attention, I hope to return soon to Machupicchu and stay at the Pisonay hotel

Mostly desaster, with comfortable beds

This hotel has exactly one positive side: the bed is comfortable.
When it comes to the negatives, Pisonay Mapi managed to do almost everything wrong that a hotel could possibly do wrong:
- The room is in the 4th floor with no elevator
- There is a drinking water dispenser in the lobby where the water is yellow
- The hotel told us that the breakfast is open until 09:00, we got there at 08:00, but when we arrived most of the food had already been finished and the coffee was cold. After we complained, they made fresh eggs and coffee for us. While we were still having breakfast, at 08:40, an employee came to our table and told us to please finish soon because he needs to clean the room
- The reception told us that when we go out we should drop off the keys at the lobby, but multiple times when we came back and wanted to go to our room there was nobody at the lobby to give us our keys. At some point I just went to the box of keys and took them myself
- The shower is missing a shower curtain or some other type of separator from the rest of the room, as a result it's impossible to take a shower without inundating the entire bathroom
- The hot water isn't hot, just barely lukewarm
- Some of the supposedly clean dishes in the restaurant were really dirty
- When we arrived, our room was missing some of the towels until we explicitly asked for them
- The wifi is very slow and flaky
The following points might not be the hotel's fault, but they're noteworthy anyway:
- On our first night, there was a really noisy party just below our balcony until 2 o'clock, at that point the police came and shut it down
- The room had a weird "wet dog" smell, after investigating a bit we figured out that the smell probably came from some other place in front of the hotel
In conclusion, go anywhere else. Do not even eat at this Pisonay Mapi's restaurant because they likely didn't clean the dishes properly.

Experience below expectations

We hired the Hotel Pisonay Mapi, in Cusco, for a daily with a pre-committed check-out for the next day at 13h. However, the other day we were informed that the checkout would be at 10:00, with the possibility of staying only until 10:30. In addition, the shower did not provide hot water, breakfast was not included and, considering the amount charged, the experience left much to be desired due to the lack of amenities and the problems encountered.

Bad experience

There is no hot water and the cold of the region is quite high, the breakfast place of a terrible (cochinous) toilet if you are going to drink water there are no, no glasses, napkins also the lousy wifi and says it is good!!! Very bad experience.

Cold shower

The room is nice and comfortable but the shower was not heating up and did not resolve ! Now imagine in a cold of 10 degrees we have to take a cold shower! We called several times at the reception, asked to wait 5 minutes to resolve, spent two hours and not resolved! We were exhausted , needing to rest and after waiting so long we decided to risk the cold bath
