excellent accommodation services

excellent care, clean, comfortable environments, location in the city center, close to markets square. It has breakfast included and a restaurant that offers very pleasant lunches and dinners

Bad hotel

The hotel is central and comfortable but, unfortunately it has no hot water, we stayed more than a week and no day we had hot water, we had to call and wait like 30 minutes to finally have and not even so hot. Terrible! Bad breakfast, cold eggs, when there was, hard bread and few options, preferred breakfast at the market. The lady of the afternoon lovely night, a sweet girl, but unfortunately the value for money does not correspond.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable, good quality of rest. They feature heating, amenities and a desk.
The location is another plus point, very close to the center, but in a very quiet street.
Anyway, the best thing was the attention. The receptionist (we never asked her name) was super attentive and kind to us. Made us feel at home
I really recommend this hotel

Great location - easy walk to main square. Room was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but we muddled through.
Main complaint was with breakfast.... supposed to be 6-8:30. We went down at 6:50, and none of the hot items were put out. What WAS available was pretty lame.

The excellent quality in customer service its best virtue, in addition to the rooms that are comfortable, has hot water and heater, the breakfast very good, anyway highly recommended the lodging for those who arrive at Puno
