Short trip to Arequipa and Salinas Lagoon.

Budget friendly option located in the middle of Arequipa. Rooms are basic but warm with a shared bathroom that was clean.
The staff are very friendly!

Strong smell of poop, bed bugs, no toilet paper. I booked 2 nights and stayed for a couple of hours which I spent looking for other place to stay. The room is locked with a barn lock, and there’s a printed announcement in the room saying that for visitors’s safety the hotel is not responsible for any theft happening on their premises. I am generally unpretentious, but it’s just not livable and doesn’t meet the lowest standards.

I like the place and the staff. I had for the price i paid. The hotel would maybe need some paint and new matelas. A little bit of investment could make of this place a wonderful spot.
