Lovely Iquitos Hotel.

The hotel is a charming little hotel in a great location. It was very clean, the room was lovely and it seems like it was recently renovated. The staff were friendly. I loved the little pool!!! I work in Peru and I plan on staying there on all my future trips. This is a lovely place to stay and certainly higher than 3 stars.

The best executive and dining experience in the heart of Iquitos!

"My stay at Hotel Marañón exceeded all expectations. From the moment you walk through the door, the attention of the staff is impeccable, always friendly and willing to help with a smile.
What stands out most is the perfect balance between modern comfort and strategic location, as it is just one block from the Plaza de Armas, allowing you to reach the historic center and the seawall on foot in seconds.
The rooms are impeccable, with air conditioning that works perfectly (fundamental in the heat of Iquitos), very comfortable beds and high speed wifi that allowed me to work smoothly.
Special mention for his restaurant: if you stay here, you have to taste his meats! It's certainly one of the best cuts I've ever tried in town. Breakfast is also varied and very fresh, ideal to start the day with energy. It is a safe, modern hotel with a very professional atmosphere. Fully recommended!"

IMPROVEMENTS CUSTOMER SERVICE

The place is nice, rests well, only suggestion for improvements, the times I wanted to have breakfast, lunch or work on my laptop , I could not because my meet meetings have confidential information and had to be in my room. When the staff calls you at reception you do not know how to say hello, just say yes?, you need to train in greetings, the hand towels were forgotten. Usually place, and they left the windows open sometimes cleaning, but mosquitoes entered. Finally my refrigerator appeared moved at high speed and froze everything and as I slowed down occasion q meltwater will accumulate in my room. The restaurant charged me for a lunch that arrived 40 minutes late green noodles were salty, I ate a taste I told him the best I gabl the time for my work Home Office and no longer picked up at dinner. Pay it back anyway. I hope you will serve my comments for improvement. Otherwise it was fine, I liked the hotel and if I would come back.

Excellent experience

From the first contact with the reservation there is good care. Regarding the facilities and services the truth that one is pleasantly surprised. Rooms with new equipment.
Super recommended. Miss John. Carolina (reception) excellent, very attentive, proactive and willing to give solution efficiently and effectively.
