A sure bet!
A top-notch place. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very well and given advice on activities to do. The room is very clean and the breakfast is high quality. Furthermore, we were leaving in the evening after a day in the desert, and the hostess was kind enough to let us take a shower before our night bus. Moreover, we were even able to walk to the oasis, which is a real plus!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!
the worst experience I've ever had, booked at this hotel for the good reviews I saw on booking had a good score but arriving at the place was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, arrived at the place along with my partner and the lady attending was super despotous to receive us, a helpful zero attitude, I thought to cancel the Reservation but I could no longer because I had already given them a 50% advance to book... we asked about breakfast if we could have breakfast in the room as we had seen comments on booking from people who commented on that and indicated to us that the breakfast schedule was only from 8 to 9 am and that it was forbidden to bring breakfast to the room, demanded that we pay the rest before going up to see the room, the yape delayed a little over the network in the place and the lady kept rushing with the payment in a despot and polite way, we paid the rest, because we didn't want to lose the advance we gave at first, we went upstairs and the bathroom in the room was dirty, indicated to the lady and made a change of room to the one next door, apologizing that he had sent someone to clean and that I didn't clean it well, didn't let us enter the pool in the afternoon.... on the two days we stayed never clean the room or replenished our soaps, also each time we would make use of the facilities and looked at us and looked at each other, as an indo, when it was alias, we toured them and returned with our mobility we hoped that good time outside the lady toured them and we waited outside the door we didn't have a good time outside the door although the car was afraid to call for breakfast although the lady phone number fell for fear of the service and that she didn't get it right, she didn't let us into the pool in the afternoon.... on the two days we were never clean the room or replenished our soaps, also every time we had to make use of the room, every time we overwhelmed the room and looked at each other, like we were overlooked, and looked at each time, as if it was over the alias and returned to tours and returned to us.
