Excellent service and staff. Our bungalow was clean and very convenient for our group. Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoy the activities and dining options at their restaurant. Food was delicious and our waitress Raquel was very friendly and helpful with our order. We’re planning on coming back on our next trip to Ica.

Appalling

We booked a tour to Nazca from Lima and they took us to this hotel for lunch. The pisco tasting was interesting, but nothing special and the food was terrible and despite the heat, we couldn't ask for water because they had run out. The customer service in the restaurant was not very pleasant. I do not recommend it. The worst food we have had in Peru.

Great place

What a great place to visit. I wish I was able to stay longer. George (Jorge) was a stand out at the restaurant and he offered so much help with the menu and was so friendly. There is two menus to choose from, one is a smaller version of the main menu. Smaller version less expensive smaller portions but delicious. They offer a tour of their grapes to wine where the grapes are walked upon crushed juice is drained. Say hello to George. They had translation available in Spanish. English And German
