Great service and environment

The environment is nice and the accommodations are simple but well-distributed. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes. The administrator, Julio, is a very kind person and cares about the guests. Donato will take care of you at the restaurant. Martín is the nicest driver and he will take you wherever you need. Hugo and Evelyn, at the lobby, are very kind and helpful, as well.

I was expecting excellent service because I knew the Hotel was founded in the 50s by Austrian entrepreneurs that came to Peru to start a good Hotel in the Andeans. However, my wife and I were very disappointed by the lack of Internet and other services, like Taxi or tour information. The Internet was down during the night, and they were extremely slow to return the service. The very disappointing fact was the additional $10/day they charged at the end. Thus, in addition to Hotels.com chargers, there were hidden fees that I had never encountered in any other country. I indicate that I always travel with a USA passport and use this to check-in.

Hotel Huaychulo

El personal del hotel Huaychulo nos brindaron un excelente servicio y un excelente trato tanto a mis hijos como a nosotros. Nos sentimos como en casa. Agradecemos a DIOS por habernos dado la oportunidad de visitar y conocer en familia el departamento de Junín. Lo recomiendo.

Vacaciones en Huancayo

El centro Vacacional es lindo con una hermosa vista, nada comparado con el paisaje que hay desde el hotel de turistas de huancayo. Como recomendación las habitaciones deberían tener sus propias termas porque el agua es muy fría.
