It's good but it can be better

It was a good experience, but it could be better. We started by the positive, the attention, the staff is very friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant, for them I would give them 5 points pq all the time took great care to attend to us, the location, of the best in the city pq is a few blocks from downtown in a very quiet place with services to the surroundings, provision of towels and daily amenities prior notice. Now the negative, the facilities; there is much to improve as hot water, you had to open the pipes 7 or 8 minutes letting the water run so that at last you could get hot water. The windows of the room were about 2 cm apart where the cold night air entered. The building itself is a bit old and dark, with poor lighting, but since we were away all day there was not so much problem.

Read this review before you think about staying at this hotel

Dirty, without hot water, had a temperature of 6°C when we returned from the tour and had to take a cold bath. After complaining 4 times by phone and once in person at the reception, we waited 2 hours for a solution and we gave up. After all this time our agency contacted them. They knocked on the door of the room when we were already lying down to sleep asking if we would like another room.

I stayed for several days. The shower was not hot. One morning I took a cold shower but didn't complain. I was lucky to get a almost warm shower most of the time. The staff was excellent at the front desk. I had to ask for shower towels a couple of times which is inconvenient.
Front desk and restaurant was excellent but I wouldn't stay here again.

Horrible place to stay

Avoid this hotel at all costs. No hot water, no water or power at times. No towels. We were put in dirty rooms with no working water. Lots of staff but no one speaks English or does anything to help remedy issues. Extremely noisy and run down building. I’ve stayed in many places in South/Central America and this is by far THE WORST. Manager was contacted several times to address concerns and we still had no water or towels. Breakfast is abysmal and service is extremely slow.
