Exceptional stay – Perfect location and outstanding service!

I highly recommend Tikala Cusco Boutique Hotel! The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to access public transport, nearby shops, and the airport.
The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very clean, providing great comfort. Another huge highlight was the breakfast—it was super excellent, fresh, and perfectly hygienic.
A truly wonderful experience overall!

great choice in Cuzco Peru

Tikala had small hotel rooms with small bathrooms, our room had limited space to put our luggage (carry on bags) so in that way the rooms felt small to us, after a few days though we got used to it! The shower was usually warm, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Every morning we had breakfast consisting of eggs, avacado, fruit, buns, puffed wheat, coffee, tea, cocoa tea leaves available all day.
Located about 10 min walk from the main square in cuzco!

Tive uma boa experiência no hotel em Cusco, mas com alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar.
O quarto em si era bom e confortável, porém o banheiro deixou a desejar. O box com cortina não era muito prático e, durante o banho, acabava acumulando bastante água, o que tornava a experiência um pouco desconfortável.
Outro ponto importante foi a limpeza: eu e minha mãe tivemos crises de rinite durante a estadia, e percebemos que havia bastante poeira, principalmente embaixo da cama.
O café da manhã era bom, com opções satisfatórias. Também fomos muito bem recepcionadas pela equipe, que foi educada e atenciosa. Apenas tivemos algumas informações desencontradas ao longo da estadia, possivelmente por falha de comunicação devido ao idioma.
No geral, o hotel tem potencial, mas poderia melhorar principalmente na limpeza e na estrutura do banheiro.
