The Sonesta Hotel Cusco was excellent! The property is very clean and well-maintained, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. Five stars! I would definitely stay there again.

Sonata is truly a 5 start hotel

Excellent hotel in all aspects . Next time I visit Cuzco will stay at Sonesta again. The cleanness of room was impeccable, the reception desk staff always greeted my wife and by name , something difficult to achieve now a days . They would prepare us breakfast bags for our early morning trips , the service was simply excellent.

Royal Stay !

Great location, amazing staff, delightful food and comfortable rooms. Since we arrive the personal makes us feel at home they greet us with our names every time we past through the lobby. We enjoy our stay in every aspect.

excellent hotel

wonderful hotel, upon are arrival we were greeted with a cup of tea. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, food was delicious. Hotel room was clean. The room had a coffee machine, the hotel staff is very friendly.
