"Much more than a hotel"

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is a cozy, quiet place, and perfect for resting.
We want to especially highlight the attention of all the staff. Both the front desk staff and the guys who helped us with our luggage, as well as those who are always attentive at the entrance, have been extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Really, everyone, in general, made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay.
Additionally, whenever we returned from excursions, they showed interest in how it had gone, how we felt, and if we needed anything. That human and attentive treatment is greatly appreciated. Even on the day we visited the Rainbow Mountain, I had quite a bit of shortness of breath, and they kindly offered me oxygen service. The help was immediate, and I truly felt much better after using it.
The room was always very clean, comfortable, and beautiful, taken care of with great detail.
We also want to mention the excellent restaurant of the hotel. The food was so good and the service so special that throughout our stay we preferred to eat there every time. Both the service and the quality of the dishes made every meal a very pleasant experience.
As a personal suggestion, it might be nice if the main light in the room were a bit cooler or neutral, leaving the bedside lamps with warm light to maintain a cozy atmosphere. The entire lighting system is warm, and at least for us, at times it felt a bit stifling.
The experience has been excellent, and we definitely recommend this hotel.

Multi day experience.

Staff was great and accommodating to our varied schedule. Restaurant had plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Premises were always well kept and cleaned. WiFi was spotty in our bottom floor room but manageable as it reconnected relatively quickly.

Wonderful hotel on Cusco

I had such a nice stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, beds super soft, pillows are heavenly. Breakfast was complementary and so delicous. Most of all though, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Marvelous experience at this hotel!!

This hotel surpassed all my expectations!! This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in to out, every person there was incredibly friendly. On my last night, I ordered food to my room because I had altitude sickness. Darwin was SO kind to me. The dinner at the restaurant was the best meal I had in Cusco. I stayed in a junior suite and I recommend that because it’s not in the main lobby so I think it may be quieter. Yulisa at the front desk was so kind to me! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Clean and devent sized room. Comfortable beds. Heater in room but no A/C or fans. Air just kinda hangs there, no circulation. Clean property. Tv only had spanish speaking stations, would be nice to have at least a single channel in English. Staff was
