Very well received

The receptionists are very attentive, the Wi-Fi is great, very hot water in the bath and sink, covered well warm. We'd definitely come back.

Our room was extremely noisy due to music from the surrounding buildings until around 2am.

I was on the 4th floor and wifi keep disconnecting and saying I don't have access to Internet. Besides that, every else was good!

I really wanted to like this place. You get what you pay for. There was a consistent drip in our bathroom that didn’t stop the whole trip, our room overlooked the lobby so it was loud till about 10 pm every night. Breakfast was mid and service was extremely slow. Water pressure in the shower was good however we only got hot water about half the time. Our TV didn’t work and the wifi was terrible - always going in and out of connection. The staff was really nice and it was the only part of this experience that was positive.

Excellent accommodation!

Great accommodation! Large rooms, comfortable bed and warm! It is 15 minutes from the main square and shopping very close, which makes the journey easy.. In fact, I indicate very much the pizzeria that is right next to this hotel! Wonderful service, especially from Ruth, who did everything to serve us and understand our language! Ah! There is always available cica tea at the reception, which eh very important to face the altitude!
