Outstanding experience

The service of Shelton accommodate have very good.
And the food fantastic.i have never seen such like hotel.my hole family have enjoy in this hotel.and soon I will visit in this hotel for business tour.

Avoid. I was put in a potentially dangerous frightening situation due to double-booking.

This is really serious. I had booked in Accommodator for one night and on arrival (with my local friend as interpreter) I discovered they had given my room to another guest and they took me to a nearby accommodation (Rezidor guest house) where I had to settle for a less suitable room with a dirty rug, very old fridge, and an antiquated grubby 'bathroom'. I cannot stress how dangerous the situation would have been if I had been travelling alone, if I had been dropped off by a taxi, alone as a white woman with no Pashto or Urdu. No english was spoken at either facility. AVOID.

Not what you expect not continental breakfast they promise

The hotel has a European lobby but Europe tends to end there....
Room was comfortable in terms of space. Bathroom was very dirty and you could hardly have a shower and use it. Also a very very bad smell was coming out of the bathroom.
Mattress was more than comfortable.
Breakfast was a parody. We went for breakfast which was supposed to be continental at 08:30. People were sleeping at the lobby and there was nothing ready. Finally they brought us some pieces of bread and some eggs and jam. I asked twice for a humble omelet but they said they don’t know how to make it.
Not a good choice of hotel but night passed.
