Enjoyable stays

Enjoyed our 2 stays here - spacious room with comfortable bed, view of the water, friendly staff, easy check in with option to check in early. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip on 2 different floors with almost identical corner rooms. Location was pretty perfect, nearby to the main street.
Rooms were clean, had a mini fridge and had some shower toiletries. Shower was not fully enclosed, so water seeped out onto bathroom floor.
Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Takeaway breakfast was disappointing for our early morning flight, which was yogurt and sandwiches with barely anything inside (could not bring yogurt through security at the airport).

Almost everything okay

Very good, varied breakfast, friendly staff & perfect location, a few curious technical details didn't quite fit (fire alarm escape stairs/3rd floor blocked, no cleaning despite sign outside, Superior Double Bedroom very different in terms of equipment, elevator totally crazy)

Great location in the town center close to the airport bus stop. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in our travels. Only downside was the amenities, as there was only one sort of shampoo/hand wash/ body wash in the bathroom, and there was no coffee machine in the room. But such small issues were not enough to lower our 5 star review:)!

Tromso

Hotel was perfectly placed so that you could walk everywhere.
Hotel room was clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb . Bed was so comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Good services

Well-located hotel in the city center.
Room and bathroom a bit small. Mini fridge, no coffee machine. Quiet, well soundproofed.
