The staff were helpful. The room was good. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Our only problem was, that during the summer, the restaurant is closed for dinner! The hotel was packed, but you could not dine there. I really think the management needs to rethink their policy. They also need to update the information on Hotel.com, as it advertises a bar cafe, but also the restaurant without stating that it is only for breakfast. If I had known that, I would never have booked it.

Under average good

The hotel is very worn. I read the reviews in advance, but thought it couldn't be so wrong. Unfortunately, it turned out to be.
Had to move on the beds to suit our needs (small children). It was dusty under both beds, but especially the one next to the bedside. Under the second bed there was garbage (see the attached photo from the actually unused garbage cans). It is clear that it is not dusted/cleaned there often enough. Also had to move the fridge, and it looked just as bad out behind there. The inside was also roasted. In addition to all this, the floor carpet was crushed somewhere, one of the towels did not look clean and the outer door also looked very crushed on the inside.
Go to the positive. Both room and bathroom was large. The bathroom was also of significantly better standard. The service was impeccable and the breakfast was good. They have a nice outdoor area and it is located very centrally (about 5 min to the center and square shopping center). There is also free parking right on the outside.
This hotel is below average good, but functioning. We stayed at the hotel out the days as planned, but I had not booked here again.

No communication

There is no communication. Sending an email with inquiry on 13/7. No answer and I am pushing for reply on 15/7. Still no answer. Called on 17/7 and got told that they should probably send me a message. I haven't heard an answer yet. Would otherwise like to stay at the hotel but it is very difficult when you do not get notified. Aw.

No up to modern standards

The hotel has a great location along the Gandsfjord between Sandnes and Stavanger, but Is overdue for significant renovation. Our first room smelled of mold and the room we received on the second floor had poor ventilation.

Dusted room and old

We experience an incredibly dusty room. There has not been dried dust on LEEENGE.
