Perfect campsite after hiking for a few days!

Great campsite, perfect location, right by the water! There's everything; a well-equipped kitchen, hot showers, clean toilets, picnic tables...
We arrived late-ish, with no bookings, but luckily the owner of the campsite greeted us and gave us a cabin which was perfect after a few days of hiking in the magnificent Hardangervidda park. We'll always have a very fond memory of "Cabin 07"!!

Great location but zero stars.

Great location but that's it. Completely worn and deficient Kitchen dirty and almost nothing the cabin in really bad condition, rotting staircase to the terrace and the chairs that should be are so much broken that they can not be used. The man at the front desk seems very indifferent and is only interested in putting the amount to be paid on his 1980 cash register, the same age as the rest of the place. The worst place we've ever tried.

No customer friendliness to get here!

Very disappointed with the customer service here.
The way I was met when I contacted, made me feel like I wasn’t valued as a customer. Made no order, simply do not want to leave my money here.
It's a pity to be met this way in such a great place. Comes much longer if you are nice and straightforward!

Poor service. A little solution-oriented. Rarely bad experiences with Norwegian campsites, but this was sad.

Poor customer service

I contacted the campsite to ask about facilities in the cabin, as the information on the website was vague.
Instead of a normal and helpful answer, I received a very unprofessional response in which I was asked to “stop messing,” and that the person did not have time to answer questions.
This felt both rude and uncomfortable, and made me choose to cancel the stay.
Good customer service and easy communication should be a matter of course in this type of business.
