It was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and well maintained. There are two access points slowing you to easily get to the lobby from any direction. There is ample parking. The room had two double beds with one in the main area, the other in an area that had a sliding door so could be partitioned off. There was also access to the toilet/ bath room from both areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate a request for a main floor room as I was unable to manage the stairs. I would definitely recommend!!

I believe at the time it was the least expensive option in Kelowna. If that is your concern it’s a good option. It’s clean, safe, well run and an adequate place to spend the night. It does feel cheap though. Location is good.

I have a pretty low bar for hotels but all the positive reviews for this place make it very misleading. They had a portable AC in bedroom area which was extremely noisy when on. It was connected by a tube to the window which made traffic sounds extra loud since window couldn’t be closed all the way. Baseboards were dirty all around. Baseboard heaters were rusted. Shower head was covered in lime and water coming from it was sub optimal. The sheets and towels were clean but the rest seemed worn down and dirty which is surprising for the price per night.

The room is clean and spacious. It would be nice to have a laundry for the 2nd floor not to waste time waiting for the only 1 washing machine.

Noisy noisy noisy. There were only couple of quiet hours we could have during our stay. From early morning to midnight, there are people talking outside, some singing with loud music in other rooms, excited kids and chatting moms in the hallway, noisy footsteps all day long. Probably good for families with noisy kids or a big group of young people, but definitely not for people who prefer relaxing quiet time.
