A good hotel

It's a good hotel. Clean and higienical. Good location.
The restaurant could have been a bit more spacious, so people with walkers can get out of the way better.

Wat fijn dat u ons hotel als schoon, verzorgd en centraal gelegen heeft ervaren. Het is altijd prettig om te lezen dat onze gasten met een goed gevoel op hun verblijf terugkijken.
Hartelijk dank ook voor uw opmerking over de ruimte in het restaurant. Mocht u ons in de toekomst nog eens bezoeken, dan horen wij het graag vooraf als u met een rollator komt. We doen dan ons best om, waar mogelijk, een ruimer plekje in het restaurant voor u te reserveren, zodat u zo comfortabel mogelijk kunt genieten.

Lovely hotel, excellent stay

Very welcoming and pleasant hotel. Very friendly and very hard working staff, Breakfast excellent, plentiful even. Lunch and dinner also very good. Location very central and fine free parking. Definitely come back here.

Wat fijn dat u zo enthousiast terugkijkt op uw verblijf. Het is mooi om te lezen dat u onze gastvrijheid zo heeft ervaren en dat u de inzet van ons team waardeert. Uw complimenten over het ontbijt, de lunch, het diner en de centrale ligging doen ons veel plezier. Ook fijn dat de gratis parkeerplaats voor u een mooie toevoeging was.

Great Limburg.

We have booked a comfort room. Well, that was definitely worth it. It was a "room" of a room. Furthermore, the area was very worthwhile especially with the bus tour organized from the hotel. We had the room on the first floor. A handrail in the hallway would perhaps be recommended for those with a less well-run path.

Too bad. rooms ok. Food is not very ok, flat cooked unseasoned vegetables. only apple juice possible for piknik, water impossible

family unfriendly

Son of 3 had to go to the toilet. entered the hotel, checked desk, yelled hello, no response. Went to toilet with son next to restaurant, when getting out of toilet manager was yelling, yelling at us how we dared to use it. left with my son crying.
Dont go here, owned by awefull human beings.

Wij herkennen ons niet in de door u geschetste situatie. Ons hotel is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor hotelgasten en bezoekers van het restaurant. In dit geval is ons pand zonder overleg betreden en is gebruikgemaakt van de faciliteiten zonder dat er contact is geweest met onze receptie of het restaurantteam.
Toen dit werd opgemerkt, is hierop aangesproken. Dit is op een normale en respectvolle manier gebeurd, zoals wij dat van onze medewerkers verwachten.
Wij vinden het vervelend dat deze situatie door u anders is ervaren. Tegelijk hechten wij eraan te benadrukken dat wij altijd streven naar een gastvrije, maar ook duidelijke en veilige omgeving voor onze aanwezige gasten en medewerkers.
