Nice hotel that would need more management

A nice hotel in a beautiful building, but it is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. No staff if you arrive after 5 p.m. That is actually the major complaint; it lacks a manager who comes to check the quality of service and the cleanliness of the premises. Beer cans left in the corner of a hallway in the evening and which remain the next morning. Arriving in the dining room with a view of the kitchens where you see that it is a bit chaotic, mop in plain sight, brooms not put away. You wonder afterward if everything is like that. In short, put some management back into all of this, bed and breakfast or not, because the hotel is ideally located right in the center, very close to plenty of good restaurants but quiet in a cobblestone alley and the canal so close.

Beautiful room in an interesting old building. No AC but we knew that in advance. Was very, very hot when we were there though and we found sleeping a bit difficult. Will recommend it at any other time than in a heatwave. The bells from the dome are also a beautiful but potentially disturbing characteristic of this area.

The Beijers Hotel in Utrecht was a very nice hotel, and our room was really something! The only thing was the parking. We ended up in a parkinghouse, Springweg and paid 72 € for one day. I wish the Hotel had had a recommodation for the best parkingspot, I think 72 € was too nuch

Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Rooms are unique with comfortable beds. Good customer service

Beautiful & stately hotel in a central location! The staff was wonderful, directed us to restaurants and provided extra bedding as requested. Wonderful experience all around.
