Clean and tidy rooms.

Prima Hotel in the center of Rotterdam.
Rooms are very clean and complete.
Look of the Hotel leaves a little to be desired.
The fully digital check-in, where there is no reception, also lacks its charm.

Good & Bad Points

We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and requested with the booking that we'd like connecting rooms or for them to be at least on the same floor, which the hotel confirmed that they'll both be on level 6. But last minute, just 2 hrs before check in, they moved one of the rooms to level 9. This was very inconvenient as we had young children.
Once we were in the rooms, they were clean and that the kitchenette was very handy. The laundry room was useful as we could wash and tumble dry our clothes whenever we needed.
However, the shower pressure was very weak and it was intermittently hot and cold. It was very frustrating every time we were having a shower.
Also, on day 3, one of the curtains fell down randomly, luckily it didn't hit us as the ceilings were quite high so the curtains were quite heavy.
And the battery to the safe was running low. We had to get through the AI assistant before being connected to a human who could sort out our issue which wasted time.
The location of the hotel was very central and easily accessible by tram and metro. But it didn't feel very safe at night.

The hotel force is to work for them, horrible, but it is well located nice shower. Breakfast delivered on a box outside yr room I also hated

The place is Good but the experience of self check in was terrível, I was outside with no battery and lucky it wasn’t raining… but this experience where we need to work for the hotel is horrible. At one point the elevator brine doen and there was no one to talk to. The hotel has nobody to support us and the breakfast give us no choice as it is put in limites qtty outside out door where othe people Will have full access to it.

No reception, no one at the hotel, no lobby. Way too expensive for a "tech, self service" hotel.
